References to “other service providers” or “other services” means the owner/providers of the fast boat companies, whose tickets are available on this site, as well as the owner/provider of diving centres and other providers of tourist activities and/or services that are advertised on this site. Important Information balitogilifastboats.com acts as a booking agent only in respect of all bookings made on balitogilifastboats.com. balitogilifastboats.com has entered into contracts with the service providers on our website. These contracts ensure that the service providers will act in the best possible way towards the customers of balitogilifastboats.com. This means that in the unlikely event there is a problem with a customers booking, e.g Hotel overbooking, or a mechanical problem with a boat, the service provider will seek to resolve the situation to the customers satisfaction at no added cost to the customer. i.e. Sourcing a room of equal standard in a suitable location, or arranging another boat company to transport the passengers. In the unlikely event that the service provider cannot fulfil the customers requirements BaliFast Forward VIP Service. will issue a full refund to the customer, where a a payment has been made. balitogilifastboats.com undertakes no responsibility for, and are not liable for, the misrepresentations, breaches of contract, breaches of statutory duty or negligence of any of the accommodation providers and other suppliers of services whose products and services are sold through us. This means that in the event of you suffering personal injury, illness or death as a result of any act or omission of an accommodation provider or other supplier of services (or their employees or agents) or you having any complaint about the quality of the services provided or having any other complaint at all, your sole right of redress will be against the independent third party who provided such service and balitogilifastboats.com will be under no liability at all (whether in contract, tort or otherwise howsoever). You accept that balitogilifastboats.com has not in any way selected or assembled your travel arrangements for you. Your accommodation and travel arrangements and other services are not a package and do not fall within the meaning of The package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992. Confirmation To confirm a booking, you must be authorised to make the booking by all persons named on the booking and their parent or guardian for all party members who are under 18 when the booking is made. By making the booking, you are confirming that all persons named on the booking accept the Terms and that you will inform the other persons named on the booking of the confirmation details and any other appropriate information. By making the booking you also become responsible for making all payments due under the booking. You will receive an email confirmation of your bookings. All fast boat bookings made through balitogilifastboats.com require full payment at the time of booking in order to confirm a reservation. For other services bookings made through balifastforward.com, no booking fees/deposits are required to make a confirmed reservation; although a credit card number is necessary to make a reservation. Bali Fast Forward VIP Service will take full payment for Fast Boat tickets booked through balitogilifastboats.com. balitogilifastboats.com. will not take any payment for any diving services or services from other service providers. If you cancel, amend or change a booking You may modify your bookings at any time prior to your arrival date. For fast boat bookings see the Terms and Conditions on balitogilifastboats.com or balifastforward.com For other service providers you may contact them directly. Contact information will be detailed on the confirmation email you will receive immediately after you make a booking through the Site. If you amend your booking, there may be an amendment fee levied by the fast boat or other service provider. In any event, if you fail to amend your booking in accordance with the provider's amendment policy, you may be charged an amendment fee by the fast boat or other service provider. Cancellation Policy For fast boat bookings please refer to the cancellation policies detailed on balitogilifastboats.com or balifastforward.com , depending on which affiliate partner you have booked your fast boat or other services through. All fast boat bookings that are cancelled more than 2 weeks from the departure date will receive a full refund paid directly from balitogilifastboats.com (minus any charges applied to make the refund). Cancellations made more than 48 hours, but less than 2 weeks, before the departure date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours from the departure date will receive no refund. This cancellation policy overrides any of the boat companies individual cancellation policies and all refunds will be made by balitogilifastboats.com . No shows will be considered as cancellations for all service providers. When notifying the fast boat companies of a cancellation please copy the email tobalitogilifastboats@gmail.com so that we can process your refund. All the contact information is detailed on the email confirmation sent to you for your booking. Payment All boat tickets are paid for in full on balitogilifastboats.com . For any changes, cancellations or refunds please refer to the balitogilifastboats.com terms and conditions. Age and responsibility You warrant that you are 18 years of age or over and have legal capacity to use the Site and to create a legally binding contract. You warrant that all personal information submitted during booking is correct and you accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account. You hereby authorise balitogilifastboats.com to process all Personal Information about you and the persons named on the booking that has been obtained in connection with your booking. Personal information shall be deemed to include, but not be limited to: any telephone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses, addresses of residences, signatures, ID or passport copies, or any other information belonging to you or your group.
